We are a non-profit, faith-based team that seeks to:

• Equip parents to inspire sexual purity in their kids,
• Empower teens and singles to make solid decisions concerning sex and their future, and
• Encourage the Body of Christ with God’s call to sexual purity.

We accomplish this by partnering with churches and organizations and availing our materials, workshops, presentations, and ongoing support.

I am married to the man I admire most in the whole world—Patrick Gallier. We have an adventurous home life that consists of three (soon to be four!) children: a teen young man who loves to play football, a preteen girl who “gags” at the thought of watching football, an elementary-age girl who thinks she’s a teenager, and a boy who will be born sometime in February of 2010, whom Patrick lightheartedly says “will bring balance to the force.” We live in Cypress, Texas, and attend Tomball Bible Church.

I began serving in youth ministry with my husband in 2000 and soon discovered that I have a unique ability to connect with and communicate to teenagers.  I also realized that the Lord had placed an intense passion in me to clearly explain what the Bible has to say about sex.  I soon found myself sharing my testimony and purity-related principles in a variety of settings. In 2007, I wrote a book for parents, Choosing To Wait: A Guide to Inspiring Abstinence, followed by a companion book for teens and young adults, Why Wait? What Singles Need to Know About Sex.

Soon others joined me in the mission to get these materials and this message into the hands and hearts of our nation’s parents, young people, and churches. With a team effort, we officially launched into ministry in 2008 and have remained unwavering in our commitment.  By God’s grace, we are accomplishing what we set out to do!

In short, it’s my job is to make sure that our ministry’s resources are perpetuated to as many people as possible – and I love my job!  Every day we’re faced with communication challenges, and I’d like to think of myself as a solution-finder.  As it pertains to Laura Gallier’s speaking engagements, I’m committed to working with pastors, student ministers, community leaders, and event organizers to identify the ideal venue that best accommodates each organization’s needs.

I bring to Laura Gallier Ministries a fifteen year career in marketing and public relations, as well as a passion for seeing Christians begin to adopt a Biblical worldview.  I’ve served in ministry for ten years, from cell group leadership to youth ministry, church administration, to international missions.  Our family’s church home is Austin Christian Fellowship in Austin, Texas.  My three kids, Zachary, Josiah, and Savannah Belle are my constant inspiration to push on in pursuit of our children’s spiritual education.
